Updated version of Seequre (Nextcloud stage version) 17th May 2022

On Constitution Day in Norway Seequre released its Nextcloud connected Windows installer
(stage version for testing purposes) This release is intended for testing and is for all purposes a beta release for the Nextcloud community.

Nextcloud users must use their Federated Cloud ID and password to log in to Seequre and can add users trough email (either account on global or on a MDaemon connected server) or another Nextcloud Federated Cloud ID users that they know.

Requirements: MsSql (express) IIS. Windows 7, 10, Server 2016 or newer, updated Srv record.

Seequre is a federated Video Conferencing system that allow you full control over where your data is stored and can be self hosted in the cloud or on premise.

Seequre comes as Standalone fronted service that connects to your Nextcloud instance with no hassle.
We also allow you to specify your own STUN and Turn server (needs to be setup correctly)(we use coturn)
And we allow you to setup your own SFU servers for scaling where you can have loadbalancer in front with multiple SFU behind. Our SFU servers are based on Mediasoup which is opensource, but with modifications to allow it to scale horizontally and work in federated enviroment.

Seequre Admin page overview.

If you want to host your own servers please contact tomas@seequre.no or support@seequre.no and we will help you to set this up.

Seequre has a global server for users that don’t have their own server or just dont want to have their own server and want a persistent presence online in the Seequre federated universe.

Communication between self hosted servers are private and no data (except their existence) is shared with us using a DNS Srv record. And will look like this.

If you want to harden your IIS instance we recommend you use IIS crypto Nartac Software – Download where you can set server to only accepts TLS 1.2
